Multi-Check Limited ("MCL") started as an information search agency, and over the last three decades has evolved to become a One-Stop Corporate Solution for both local and overseas clients.

As a search provider, MCL provides all types of HK Statutory Searches, Civil Case information and Global Credit Reports. These are used by commercial sectors in managing and controlling their business risks and maximize their profits, as well as professional and service sectors to protect themselves and their clients’ interests.

As a corporate services provider, MCL manages all types of Hong Kong companies.  Further, as early as 1988, MCL took a big step forward by being one of the very first and key organizations to bring British Virgin Islands companies to HK.  MCL has since successfully established its prominent position within HK's corporate services sector, and now handles Company Incorporation, opening of Bank Account, Bookkeeping and Accounts, acting as Tax Representative, assist in applying Offshore Income Tax Exemption, and everything in between to comply with the Hong Kong law.

To become a printing and stationery provider, MCL acquired Lawspeed (HK) Limited / Semley Company Limited and specialize in processing and printing Memorandum & Articles of Association, provision of Company Kits, Seals and Chops etc serving primarily the professional sectors.

MCL also provides auxiliary services such as assist overseas clients in applying HK Investment or Working Visa, provide virtual office facilities for those who want to establish a Hong Kong presence, and provide other administrative and business support services on ad hoc or on retainer basis.
